Dr. Siegel generates a complete treatment plan using 3-D computer imaging, and aligners are fabricated based on this information. Wear each aligner for about two weeks, and then move to the next one. Although you need to wear the aligners about 22 hours a day for successful results, you'll enjoy the freedom to remove them when you eat, brush your teeth, or go out for a special evening.
